Metropolitan Police Service
- Reassure the community that the partnership aims to support responsible dog ownership and deter irresponsible dog ownership.
- Enforcement of dangerous dog offences (Dangerous Dogs Act 1991)

Brent Council - Environmental Health
- Enforcement of dog fouling offences (Fouling of Land by Dogs Order 2007)
- Enforcement of aggressive dog offences (Dogs Act 1871)
- Enforcement of noise nuisance (dog barking) offences (Environmental Protection Act 1990)
- Collection of stray dogs (Environmental Protection Act 1990)
- Educate to reduce dog related nuisance to other members of the community
Community Safety Team (Brent Anti-Social Behaviour Team)
- To work with our partners to assist in problem solving identified cases.
- To assist partners in the use of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 for enforcement action (Acceptable Behaviour Agreements [ABA], Anti-Social Behaviour Orders [ASBOs]).

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals
- Enforcement of animal welfare offences (Animal Welfare Act 2005)
- Advise and educate the community about the responsibilities of a pet ownership.

The Mayhew Animal Home
- Presentations and educational forums to schools and other community groups on responsible dog ownership
- Provision of free neutering of bull breeds and low cost neutering of other breeds, low cost vaccinations, micro-chipping and basic animal health care.
- Participating in awareness-raising community events

Brent Housing Partnership
- Enforcement tenancy conditions relating to nuisance and anti-social behaviour caused by dogs
- Referral of any animal welfare issues to relevant BARK partners
- Promotion of community awareness of dog welfare and dangerous dogs
- Maintain database and share information on dog related issues and incidents.
